An unnamed girl, aged 19, just received $35,000 from the city of Pensacola Florida. See, when this girl was just 16 years old, she was found in a car with a 19 year old male. Officer Shawn Patrick Shields, who found the teens, ordered them out of the car, and threatened to arrest them for lewd behavior.
However, Officer Shields had an alternative for the girl. He said if she would do 5 topless jumping jacks for him, she would get off without an arrest. So the girl strips down and does what the office asked, while he shone a flashlight on her to get a good view.
Unfortunately, Officer Shields really didn’t think this one through, and the girl turned him in. He got fired, and was placed on probation for two years due to extortion. Via Mercury News.
